At the time that this project was undertaken, this turn-of-the-century carriage house on a former mansion site on Castle Hill had sustained severe and extensive water damage from a neglected plumbing catastrophe. The ensuing period restoration process required extensive research into the original craftsmanship of the residence, as well as substantial redesign to accomidate a number of architectural upgrades.
From the circular stone inlays in the media room to the hand-cut copper countertops in the kitchen, this truly unique residence now stands as a showcase of creativity and attention to every detail.
